• The 28 cm diameter wok is made of high-quality steel and aluminum , coated with a 5-layer non-stick coating (free of nickel, PFOA and heavy metals ).
• The coating is additionally reinforced with mineral particles , which provide resistance to heat and scratches .
• Meat, fish or vegetables do not need a large amount of liquid or fat , as the food does not stick to the surface of the pan.
• The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in your hand and is heat-resistant up to 160 °C .
• The pan is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction surfaces .

Usage recommendations:

✔ Before first use , wash the pan with warm soapy water, boil a small amount of water, dry and grease the surface with oil or fat.
✔ When cooking, do not exceed the flame or hotplate area corresponding to the diameter of the pan base .
✔ Avoid using sharp metal utensils and cutting food directly inside the pan .
✔ To extend the life of the coating, it is recommended to use silicone, plastic or wooden spatulas , which will not damage the surface and will not affect food safety.
✔ The pan is dishwasher safe , but it is recommended to wash it by hand using a mild detergent and a soft sponge .
